I didn’t realize how amazing the view of the ocean would be just from the pictures, what a pleasant surprise! Not only that, the place was well kept and very charming. You can tell the owners held this place close to their heart. The place felt safe, clean, and cozy. Delightfully large windows all throughout the house, especially in the family room area, good and comfortable seating to relax and spot whale breaching. Certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic little spot close to many beach access points and seal pup nurseries.

We're regular visitors to Sea Ranch and this is our favorite property. The location is outstanding. The home is clean. Great layout. Restful beds. If this place is available, look no further.

We enjoyed this wonderful getaway! It was our second time staying in this house. Watching whales was a highlight, along with the deer, harbor seals, and the spectacular unobtrusive view. We loved our daily hikes, cooking great meals, and just relaxing in the evenings. We will be back very soon!

The home is situated right on the bluff and has a beautiful view of the ocean and The Sea Ranch. The home has all of the amenities one would need for an extended weekend. We would definitely return.

This place has to have one of the best views in Sea Ranch. You’ve got an amazing ocean view from the kitchen, living rooms and bedroom. The house is in an incredible location with access to the bluff trails and beaches 50 feet from the patio. Probably one of the best vacations my family and I have had. Highly recommended property.

This home was immaculate when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy to cook most of our own meals. Everything about our stay was enjoyable. We were completely satisfied with our stay and hope to return some day.

Such a gorgeous home along the California Coast! Modern decor with huge windows let you take in the views in style. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were all a good size for people to share. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking. A huge perk was the trail being a few paces away from the house that take you along the coast and lead to a few beaches. I will be back again!

Exactly as represented. Your backyard is the ocean! Hiking path right in front of the house. 24/7 picture perfect views. Owner has plenty of extras for the little things that you inevitably forget. We just wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We spent a month in Cathedral city and loved it. The house was perfect, well kept and clean. The backyard with pool and spa was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation!

Amazing House! Gorgeous Backyard Oasis!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for 2 months! We felt right at home the minute we walked in! The house has everything you would absolutely need! The backyard is breathtaking! Its a resort oasis. We didn't leave the house very much with the kids, not because there wasn't much to do but that they did not want to leave the backyard! The pool and spa were so great to have with all the hot days! The house is in a perfect location in a beautiful gated community. Its so quiet and safe! We enjoyed the community pool and tennis courts just down the road. There is an awesome golf and country club literally in your backyard. My husband and 3 year old son enjoyed a round of golf almost every morning! We cannot stay enough good things about this house! We are most definitely returning next year and counting down the days until then! Mark and Keith were so great to communicate throughout the whole process and always available to us if we needed anything at all. Thank you guys so much again!!

We spent Jan 2017 here... had an awesome time... enjoyed the nearby golf... used the bikes to explore the area... went hiking in the canyons... did some shopping at Westfield Mall and El Paseo... even got some work done in the very well furnished office... but mainly enjoyed the private backyard pool and spa... hoping to be back next year...

We enjoyed the privacy of the back yard, and especially the birds, butterflies and views of the mountains. The pool and spa are wonderfully warm and comfortable. Our hosts where very responsive and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is awesome, the home is clean with a nice layout and has just about everything you need. Lots of staples (spices etc) supplied to make it so much easier to get started. And the yard and pool is just amazing. The owners are very responsive and wonderful to deal with. We can hardly wait for our return!

Perfect family vacation home

We used the house for a family holiday over Christmas/New Year's and it was ideal both in terms of location and amenities. Our kids practically lived in the pool! What a great place!
